Entgegen der Angebotsbeschreibung hat die Uhr Gebrauchsspuren aufgewiesen. Ihren Kaufpreis ist sie ohne Zweifel dennoch wert, sodass ich alles in allem mit dem Kauf zufrieden bin. Sehr schneller Versand, ordentlich verpackt. Contrary to the description of the offer, the watch showed signs of wear. Nevertheless, it is without a doubt worth the purchase price, so that all in all I am satisfied with the purchase. Very fast shipping, neatly packaged.

Bei meinen Fragen im Vorfeld des Vertragsschlusses war der Verkäufer zwar etwas wortkarg. Aber mit der Uhr bin ich sehr glücklich. Ihr Zustand ist sogar noch besser als beschrieben. Daher kann ich den Verkäufer unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

Ich kann diesen Händler nicht weiterempfehlen. Die Uhr war als „ungetragen“ beschrieben, hatte aber Gebrauchsspuren und einen tiefen Kratzer. Zusätzlich wurde 2017 als Herstellungsjahr angegeben, auf der originalen Kaufbeleg stand aber 2014. Ich hatte dem Händler davon berichtet, Bilder geschickt und nach einem möglichen Nachlass gefragt. Die Reaktion war nur das ich die Uhr wieder zurückgeben kann.

Die Lieferung war gut verpackt und wurde sehr zügig versendet. Leider war die Lieferung, vermutlich verschuldet durch den Versanddienstleister, einige Tage verzögert. Der Preis lag merkbar über den Marktwert, doch hier muss jeder für sich selbst entscheiden, wie viel man bereit ist zu zahlen. Die Uhr ist soweit in Ordnung, lediglich ein tieferer Kratzer auf dem Horn war für mich auf den Bildern so nicht sichtbar, doch absolut zu verschmerzen. Mit den Gangwerten bin ich nicht ganz zufrieden, da diese doch signifikant abweichend von der Rolex Chronometer Norm sind und zu viel Varianz im täglichen Gang vorherrscht. Bei einer gerade rund 1,5 Jahre alten Uhr schon auffällig. Ich habe mit diesem Kaliber in anderen Uhren, welche bereits bedeutend älter waren oder länger getragen wurden, ganz andere Erfahrungen gemacht. Folglich werde ich dies wohl demnächst beim Konzessionär prüfen lassen. Die Kommunikation war stets einwandfrei und es wurde sehr schnell geantwortet.

Purchase was canceled with no explanation after money had already been transferred.

I paid in the escrow account and my money are locked untill now (one week) because the seller decided that he dont ship in my country(after i paid) which is member of Eu.When they cancelled the order i suggest them to ship the watch in an address in their own country in a friend of mine. They rejected it because they have a second reservation from their own website. Is very obvious that the reason was not the shipping but a better offer and they play with peoples time and money just holding them as reservations to sacrifice them for their higher profit. Very unprofessional, had to pay fees for the transfer and exchange and nobody will cover my losses. Is my duty to make this review and inform people about how this dealership behaved to me.
