Had great communication from the seller. There were some difficulties with the shipping company and customs, and the seller was extremely helpful and courteous in sorting things out. Throwing a bar of Swiss chocolate in with the order was a particularly nice touch. The watch arrived in immaculate condition and was exactly like the listing photos. Would recommend!

Great purchasing experience & communication with the dealer! I did a mistake and the watch was shipped to my old address while I was on vacation - so the dealer reacted promptly & after going through the official Chrono24 process to define my new delivery address, they shipped it to my new location. I even asked to wait until I’m back from vacation and all worked out smoothly. The watch itself is in great condition, exactly as depicted in the images. All was safely packaged and delivered.

The communication and service dedication of the dealer have been very satisfactory. Questions were answered very quickly. As for the description of the watch, I would recommend to do something I did not do. Request some clearer pictures of the watch when the existent are not sharp enough . The watch I bought was advertised AS NEW, and maybe my standards for such a description are higher. I have had vintage refurbished Omegas, which were really like new, and I was a bit disappointed with the polishing of this one this time. Nevertheless the watch is good enough and I am satisfied with it.
