Giulio was very prompt and helpful during my inquiries. The watch was in better shape than advertised -- it was actually "brand new", instead of the official "very good" -- both in aesthetics and mechanics. The watch keeps time excellently after 10 days (+2.5 sec/day, while their own estimate was 3/5 sec per day). The nicest touch was the Atelier Orologiaio Milan warranty besides the still valid Omega warranty. There was a small hiccup with the delivery address, but it was sorted out quickly. Highly recommended seller.
