Nach dem Kauf und der Überweisung auf das Treuhandkonto, bekam ich die Nachricht, dass beim Inserat wohl ein Fehler unterlaufen sei und die Uhr, anders als inseriert, keine Original Papiere dabei hat. Sprich es ist kein Fullset. Den angebotenen Rabatt, wenn ich diese auch ohne Papiere nehmen würde, habe ich entsprechend abgelehnt, da ein Fullset für mich Kaufentscheidend war. Schade, aber solche Fehler dürfen einfach nicht passieren, zumal es sich bei den original Papieren um eins der elementarsten Themen handelt und nicht um kleine Angabefehler. Ansonsten passte der Ablauf und die Kommunikation aber, deshalb zumindest 2*.

Leider handelte es sich bei der Uhr um einen Verkauf im Auftrag einer unserer Stammkunden und die Unterlagen sollten bei Verkauf von unserem Auftraggeber eingereicht werden. Leider Stellte der Vorbesitzer fest dass diese nicht wie angenommen in der dazugehörigen Kiste waren. Natürlich haben Sie vollkommen recht das so etwas nicht passieren darf.
