item advertised as "new unworn", yet it arrived with detached link and missing box outer sleeve, when communicated, the answer was this was how it was sold to them, when asked about an authentication letter, they responded that they don't supply the letter if watch comes with a guarantee card, that is incorrect as all watched bought used or new should be authenticated unless bought from a Rolex authorised dealer, when the watch comes with stickers on and at prices specified by Rolex. I did not return the watch, but would not be dealing with this company again.

Very strange comments as you were aware we were an pre-owned watch specialist the watch was 100% unworn the retailer had removed one link. We even offered to have it returned at our cost. I hope you enjoy your NEW watch and have a lovely Christmas.
