Without asking, a video was sent for a clearer understanding of The watches condition accommodating every step of the way, and in my opinion most importantly, communication, I’ve bought quite a few watches from Chrono 24 and this is by far the best I’ve experienced yet even one issues with customs seller Provided updates, troubleshooting recommendations and telephone numbers to reach out directly with customs to expedite service. Again beginning to end unmatched. It’s scary buying something expensive without physically seeing it. Wonderful experience

I asked them to change out the watch band from the crocodile one to a cow leather strap so I would not have problems with customs. They were not only more than willing but asked what color. They shipped in a timely manner and the watch was packaged beautifully. My watch was also exactly as described and like the photos. I very much appreciate doing business with this company and recommend anyone from around the globe to buy.
