Very prompt response to questions. The Rolex OP was exactly as described. The crown did need an oring (crack in oring) however I purchased with intent to immediately service through Rolex (in service now). With this being my first purchase through Chrono24, the transaction was smooth, no issues, and I do recommend Bernard watches.
