Can't believe why only 4 stars for shipping and description? Unfortunately, like 99.9% of all retailers, we do not carry out the shipping personally, so we are also dependent on the shipping service provider worldwide. The description reflects the exact condition and authenticity of the vintage watch - so the rating is unfortunately not comprehensible!

L'objet acheté (un presse papier) contient des rayures flagrantes qui n'étaient pas mentionnées dans la description ni sur les photos. Je comprends que c'est objet ancien mais je veux connaître l'état réel des choses avant d'acheter, ce qui me paraît être la manière la plus correcte et honnête. Après avoir demandé une rectification du prix, le vendeur m'a suggéré une ristourne sur le prochain achat. J'ai refusé, ne voulant plus acheter chez ce vendeur, et ai demandé que le prix soit révisé. Le vendeur a refusé, s'est énervé en expliquant qu'ils vendent des objets bien plus chers et qu'il n'avait pas de temps à perdre avec ça.

A clumsy and incorrect comment/rating. Unfortunately, like the entire communication with the buyer, more than questionable. Why didn't you just send the paperweight back and you would have been refunded the purchase price? Why do you rate the communication with 3 out of 5 stars? We always answered promptly - which you unfortunately didn't think was necessary! Why do you rate the shipping 4 out of 5 stars? We delivered quickly and on time - you only picked up the package days later at the deposited point / depot! The refurbishment of the superficial scratches (on a used item of this age...) would be completed in 5 minutes and for around €10. Why does your friend / significant other first request the item via chrono24, only to then contact the watch retailer directly via our website 2 days later in order to get a better retail price? It seems that you can't cope with your situation and you better take the time to think about your behavior and statements - will probably help you further in life....

The deal and delivery arrangements were excellent in the face of weather disruptions. I am, however, disappointed that although the advertisement said "...original box and papers...", I only received a small travelling box and the warranty. No invoice, manual or service record was provided and I would not call that adequate.
