Ordered a watch through K&K from an independent manufacture that required some lead time in producing a specific configuration; process was delayed due to misunderstanding of the specifications. Eduard tried his very best to make sure he communicated the reason behind, provided delivery updates, inspected watch configurations upon receipt from the manufacture, and delivered within days to an international destination. Watch came in perfect. Overall a solid dealer.
