I've purchased numerous watches on Chrono24 and to date, Alexis from Provident Jewelry is one of the very best sellers I've dealt with. Alexis was very quick and responsive to all of my questions, taking additional photos, and being very informative and forthright throughout our entire transaction. Once we agreed on a deal (a very good one, I might add), the watch was shipped quickly to me, via UPS next day, and everything was beautifully packaged. Needless to say, I'm very happy wth the Explorer 16550 I bought and wouldn't hesitate to deal with Alexis and Provident Jewlery again... I'm sure I will in the years to come. Highly recommend. A+++!
