"Real time" communication throughout the entire process. The Rolex Datejust 41 came new with papers and box as advertised. Shipping was delayed a bit due to the fact that it was shipped from Canada, not the U.S., which was confusing since the location of the dealer is listed as New York, USA. Otherwise, very pleased with this timepiece and would recommend the Dealer for the exceptional customer service.
