The dealer was very responsive and quick to ship. I ordered on a Saturday and received it on Tuesday. The Rolex came new and sized to my specifications. Full box and papers as advertised. I highly recommend them.

Overall a very pleasant and rewarding experience, almost too good to be true. Accepted price I offered, communicated detail of specifications I requested in a timely manner. Delivered next day. Came with original warranty card but instruction manual was in a foreign language (able to work around with YouTube but a multilingual one would have been nice). As for shipping and packaging, watch comes with extra rubber straps which were just kind of thrown in the watch box - they were in plastic sleeves but not in their secure compartment, ultimately not a problem, but metal buckles could have scratched surfaces as protective wrapping was only on watch back (plastic with red stripe) with none on crystal or bracelet. Also not a problem as piece was as pictured and promised, damage free, and appeared to be brand new as listed. To Chrono24, I had a problem getting the watch authenticated and it was a challenge finding someone within the 14 day limit. It would be worthwhile to have a list of dealers nearby the purchaser, ones that might also deal on your service, who would be willing to perform this service.

Highly recommend this dealer! The dealer sent me a message beforehand that the production year differs than listed, and asked whether to proceed or not. The time piece arrived the next day, as described. Overall, excellent communication, quick turnaround, accrate descriptions and at a very competitive price. I would most definitely go back to them for future purchases!
