Dealer provided reference photo's of two examples of the watch I intended to purchase and shipped my selection the same day. Unfortunately, the piece I selected exhibited a performance issue that became apparent after several days, so the dealer offered to provide a FedEx return authorization with the promise to swap the other watch onto the same strap (which was in perfect condition and I wanted to keep it). Because I was scheduled to be on travel a few days later and the dealer was within a couple hours driving distance of my home, I offered to meet him near his facility so he could make the change. He accomplished this in minutes and I was on my way. The "new" timepiece is operating perfectly and I'm thrilled with the result!
