The watch was as promised with a one defect; an inoperable crown. They promptly agreed to accept the return. Not sure where the breakdown was but it took 15 days from receipt of the watch to when payment was returned to my bank.

Store mistakenly listed an item and the header showed a 2022 manufacture date when the item was actually manufactured in 2020. I alerted the store to this discrepancy and requested a full refund, they made it right by sending me a return label to send the item back.
