Apparently the watch had not been checked properly before being sent out. The date setting mechanism was unreliable at first. The watch chose a date, which was wrong. Later adjustment became not possible. Automatic winding - whatever that is - seemed unreliable. The watch didn't stay wound even if I wound it.

Clearly this is a person that has no idea how a mechanical watch operates…She did not contact us for any help or any advice on how to operate a mechanical watch… She kept the watch for 2 weeks and then returned it. If she had asked for information or help we would have been happy to help her learn how to operate and enjoy her automatic mechanical watch.
