I was not my first purchase of a watch online. The first time, I had to call my credit card company to help me to get my money back. The second time, I got my watch, but for a while I was not even sure when and if I will received it. Two or three weeks later, It came eventually. This time, It was amazing experience. Communication is great (I talked to Eddie several times over the phone after hours). Quality of the product is as described. Shipping is extremely fast (second day delivery). Eddie even got additional link for me upon my request and didn't charge me for it. I honestly do not know what could be done better or improve on his side!!!! I strongly recommend Modern Swiss (Eddie) to do business with. I will. I know it for sure.
