First the positives. The watch was authentic and shipped promptly. It came with an upgraded buckle and a box neither of which were in the description. So, I got more value than anticipated. One the other hand (wrist?), the strap was as described, namely leather, but it wasn't a Breguet band. It is a nice leather, just not authentic to the piece. Disclosure of this fact wouldn't have altered my buying decision, but it would have been nice to know. I would buy from Cologne watch again, but I might email a few more questions. That's all. The only other thing I'd add, and this isn't the seller's fault, is the complications with US Customs. The seller shipped the watch FedEx Priority (or something like that) which is international equivalent of overnight in the US. The problem is that it was delayed in US customs. I could see that from the package tracking info on FedEx, but there was not explanation as to why? So, after a day to two I contacted FedEx and they needed me to complete a US Customs form. I did so and the, voila, the package was delivered a few days later because I sent the form on a Friday afternoon. So, the point of this is that unless the shipper has your SSN (and why would they?), the burden is on the buyer to get the Customs forms to FedEx. I didn't know that, and it held up delivery for about a week. Again, this is not Cologne Watch's fault. I knew the watch had to clear customs and that there would be customs duty, butI didn't know I had to call/email FedEx.
