I´m extremely happy with the level of service from Sigfrid & Silvia at Watches83, from first to last contact. Very quick responses on questions I had about the specific piece I was interested in, and not only during office hours, if I sent a random question on a Saturday evening I got a response almost immediately. Sigfrid even sent me a video of the watch to better get a sense of the condition in daylight too (to add to the already existing pics). When we aligned around the purchase I was almost blown away, less than 24 hours from when the watch was picked up at their store in Barcelona the package arrived safely in my home in Stockholm. Fantastic! Upon arrival the watch was everything I hoped for and more :-) I can warmly recommend buying a watch from the Watches83 team!

the watch is in very good condition. i did not receive an inspection certificate. but the dealer claims that the watch has been inspected, gaskets and liquids have been changed. as the watch runs very precise I do trust this information.

If I should mention one thing to improve it would be the send watchbox, something a little more elegant would better suit the watch and its price. But overall excellent!
