Very responsive and communicative. At the time I proposed a price (which was accepted) I did not realize it would generate a “sale”. I was new to Chron24. I did not want to got through the a purchase and the seller graciously understood and allowed me to cancel. Good customer service and communication is hard to come by these days. So I felt it important to mention even though the transaction was cancelled on my end.

Seller was extremely patient with all my questions and concerns. There was a mixup and the additional straps that were supposed to be included was not included. The seller contacted the watchmaker and ordered a new set to be shipped. Definitely the best seller I have ever dealt with.
