In a perfect world, every transaction would come off without any hitches at every step along the way and every review would be a five star review. What about those times when some issues come up as those are the times that can make the difference between a good buying experience and one that's a total disappointment? In this case, there were some breakdowns in communication but Roman at Avi & Co handled customer service the right way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The specific Black Bay heritage I wanted was discontinued and hard to find at a local dealer. I found it on Chrono24 and Avi & Co NY had it for a great price. I was initially a little hesitant buying something this expensive online but Roman was very responsive and helpful in answering all my questions throughout. The process went extremely smoothly and it was actually shipped/arrived in a day in time for New Year’s eve!
