Received in perfect condition, actually looked better than in posted pictures because posted pictures were very detailed and accentuated very minor flaws in the watch and box that were not visible at all when seen live. Seller very responsive and honest. Overall, great experience.

Sometimes you buy a watch that works before it is delivered, but stops working after it has been transported. That's what happened in my case and the seller took care of everything, repatriating the watch, getting it repaired and shipping it back to me within a week. I would therefore totally recommend Reloges La Hora, who honoured their guarantees and in so doing sold me a superb Chopard.
