I worked with Benny purchasing a Cartier Calibre watch. Benny was extremely prompt in responding to messages, and even spoke to me on the phone when I needed further clarification. The box was shipped separately, and Benny apologized profusely and kept in constant communication till it arrived. I highly recommend Benny if you are buying your next watch, or even your first one. This was my first time purchasing a pre-owned watch, and first time using chrono24. I am very impressed with the service and reliability with both parties.
