A lot of dealers perform well when closing a deal. The difference between a true professional and a second rate dealer is how they perform when something doesn’t go as planned. In my case, Austin’s watches did everything in their power and acted quickly and without difficulty to resolve my problem. Their communication is impeccable and you get a sense that they care about the customer. Trust is 100% in this business and they have mine for sure. I’ll be back.
