Great people with a devotion to client service. Rolex prices are going through the roof, sometimes overnight. I put in a order to buy a lady datejust for my wife. Before the purchase could be executed the watch was sold. The dealer promised me that he would find a new identical watch. While waiting for the watch the prices went up by over 20%. However, he found and delivered the watch - at the original price. This resulted in a savings to me of over $5,000. Forty years ago this kind of behavior from a retailer was not unusual, not so much any more. In fact, in this day and time, the market for Rolexes is ruthless, with a single minded devotion to the bottom line. Prestige genuinely remains devoted to client service and honorable business practices.
