Der Kauf ist schnell und unkompliziert vonstatten gegangen. Die Lieferzeit war kurz und lag weit unter der im Inserat angegebenen. Die Kommunikation verlief immer zeitnah; Fragen wurden in kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Die Uhr entsprach sowohl in ihrer Ausführung als auch in ihrem Zustand 100%-ig den Angaben im Inserat und damit auch meinen Erwartungen. Ich kann diesen Verkäufer absolut weiter empfehlen.

Nach Bestellung habe ich 2-3 Tage auf Rückmeldung des Verkäufers zur Verfügbarkeit der Ware gewartet. Danach lief alles reibungslos. Der Artikel entspricht bestens der Beschreibung/ Bilder und ich habe Freude an der Uhr :)

Easy communication - «Swiss efficency» with quick short answers to the point (no chit chat or sales pitch). The Blancpain watch was sent witihn indicated time frame and the watch is awesome. This is a good way of purchasing a Swiss watch in Switzerland.. I can recommend Roland Grob.

Thanks for the sale. Product has been delivered as expected. Two points which were not so great: - First sale was cancelled by the seller and price increased upon re-posting. - Delivery of item took very long, it wasn’t clear that the item wasn’t in stock. Would (still) buy from this seller again.

Great Overall buying process with Ronald. From buying request to delivery at home, it took a bit shorter than 2 weeks. The seller replied to all my questions, even if answers were pretty succinct. The packaging is discreet, which is a good point, and the box is very well protected. There were small traces of wear on the leather strap holes, but nothing disturbing. The watch itself was in a perfect condition. The watch box had all the documents, and the warranty card was filled with the purchasing date, so everything perfect on this aspect. I would certainly buy again from Ronald, and highly recommend him.
