Though, there was a slight mis-information on seller's part, this was cleared up really quickly! Seller was very helpful in the process and even offered an extension on the 14-day timeline to ensure we are happy with the purchase. The minor issue was resolved quickly and amicably. The watch is authentic!

The dealer was fantastic to deal with. I was initially concerned with a mark on the watch strap - they immediately responded with an explanation of the mark from the display that was removed easily with a wipe cloth - they sent pictures of the strap again which showed it was a new strap. They were also incredibly accommodating and helpful in advice around the shipping and delivery as well.
