The dealer was efficient and easy to deal with. The watch was packaged well. Thank you! The shipping with DHL did not go well. The watch arrived two days after the expected delivery, and when I complained, DHL said that they only provided an "estimated" date of delivery. In fact, according to the tracking information, my package was out for delivery on both of those days, but it didn't come to my house. So something went wrong with DHL's service. DHL also charged nearly 2x the import duties in handling fees. I understand that they process the watch through Customs and get a commission for it, but USD32 in import taxes should not incur USD60 in service fees, and that was in addition to USD102 for shipping!
