First reason given by you for the lower rating was that we could not provide manufacturing date. Incompétence de FedEx qui a saisi une livraison effectuée dans le système alors qu’elle ne l’était pas. J’ai ensuite demandé à FedEx de décaler la livraison à une date où j’étais chez moi. Fedex n’en a pas tenu compte. Le colis a été représenté à mon domicile alors que j’étais absente et remis à ma femme de ménage. C’est scandaleux de confier des objets d’une telle valeur à une entreprise aussi incompétente

This model of watch looks completely different on in reality than in the photos. It looks the same on official producer website and in most of other offers on chrono24 but seller should verified what kind of photos he puts in his selling offer. Some of sellers puts proper photos...

Very positive experience. Only minus was that Fedex decided to just leave the parcel in our driveway instead of handing it over. But that is really not the sellers fault. Seller even called after delivery to follow up on the deal. Thumbs up from here 👍🏻

le professionnel est trés serieux la montre et magnifiques il y a rien à dire a ce sujet là par contre le seule bémoles ces par rapport à l'expeditions le transporteur fedex ne ma pas remis le colis en main propre contre signatures il ces contanté de mettre le colis dans ma boite aux lettre alors que j'étais à mon domiciles donc trés decus ce n'est pas professionnel du tout

Excellente communication avec le vendeur, produit conforme, délais respectés, montre enregistrée chez B&R et garantie confirmée par B&R et sous opérateur sous 8 jours. Les seuls bémols sont, la livraison, le colis devait être remis en mains propres contre signature, le colis a été balancé dans mon jardin ; et la facture qui pourrait comporter le numéro de série de la montre nativement, il semble que cela ne soit pas possible pour des raisons de sécurité que je ne comprends pas, c’est dommage de la part du vendeur, mais il a confirmé cela via une pro forma faisan référence à la facture.

En relacion al comerciante todo muy bien, responden relativamente al día y cumplen con la descripción del reloj. En el proceso de envio si que tuvieron un pequeño retraso tras el pago, pasaron bastantes días hasta poder enviarlo, pero el reloj llegó en buenas condiciones y para estrenar.
