The watch arrived with one of the chronograph buttons needing repair because the item was not packaged appropriately. The seller, however, was very attentive and he was willing to do what was necessary to correct the mistake. We agreed that I will get a discount the next time I buy a watch from him, and I will have this watch repaired to minimize the costs of sending back the item for repair.
