Unico inconveniente riscontrato (e non addebitabile al venditore) le due successive comunicazioni di consegna inesatte che il corriere ha fornito (rispettivamente per il giorno 21 e per il giorno 23), prima della consegna effettiva avvenuta il giorno 26.

The watch and communication was good however the shipping took more than it says due to italian customs

Seller and watch itself are good. But the package was lost for over a week with neither the seller or UPS knowing where it was. It was found and shipped to me but it took more than an extra week of shipping time to get to me. The seller responded to most of my messages but not all. I would still recommend them as they did contact UPS to find the package, were very helpful and polite and the watch itself is very good and as advertised.

Ups service is not very good, first shipment was returned to seller due to damage to packaging, not tothe actual box watch lucklily! and it was a bit of a stuggle to actually sort out what was going on. also the christmas season+ end of the year was in full swing so I'm sure it was not the fault of OX3 SRL. i think OX3 SRL and Roberta, did their best to deliver and even if it was a bit frustrating at times to find out what was the problem, in the end it all was sorted out quite satisfactorily and I have my timepiece. I would just not recommend transactions in the middle of Christmas, in general terms i mean it is not an OX3 SRL issue. so UPSs is the reason I don't give 5 stars in every section.:-(. But I do recommend Roberta and OX3 SRL. thank you

Es kommt darauf an, an wen man gerät - ich habe mit zwei Personen kommuniziert: Roberta macht's nett und geduldig, Paolo ist ein hitzköpfiger Gesprächspartner, der allzu knapp antworteet und dem bei Nachfragen dann schnell der Geduldsfaden reisst, wobei er sogar beleidigend werden kann. Ohne mein dickes Fell wären wir nicht handelseinig geworden. Und die Antworten kamen zum Teil etwas spät, was aber evtl. an der italienischen Ferienzeit lag.
