Good communicators but could improve more detailed information about product. Was unfortunate that watch bracelet was crocodile - unknown to me as model usually stamped leather - so it did not arrive with Watch. They claim confiscated customs - makes sense - but still it’s my problem to source new strap and I paid for it. They credited some money back to cover my expense so why I still give a decent review.

Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden. Die Qualität der Uhr war im Original besser, als auf den Fotos zu sehen war. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Auf die Bitten wurde eingegangen. Manchmal war ich mir nicht ganz sicher, ob es sich bei allen Fotos und Videos um das zu liefernde Exemplar handelte. Es kann aber auch an dem unterschiedlichen Licht gelegen haben. Der Versand war schneller als erwartet - vor den Feiertagen zu Weihnachten. Der Techniker bei einem autorisierten Händler unterzog die Uhr jetzt einem Schnelltest. Nach seiner Aussage hatte sie 4 Sekunden Abweichung und eine Revision wäre nach seiner Einschätzung noch nicht nötig. Vielen Dank an Crazymetal für diese schöne Uhr zu einem sehr guten Preis!

Price was good, dealer very helpful and provided a video. Delivery was nearly 3 weeks. Watch was as described, in very good condition and works perfectly. Packaging was disappointing, lacquered Patek box scratched and marked, no instruction manual but Cert of Origin incl. Overall I’m quite happy.

Communication was great. Shipping somewhat delayed, but it was a public holiday week in China, so thats perfectly okay. Some small scratches in the back from opening the watch without the right tool.
