Watch was shipped on time. Well packed, which help it survive a FedEx box squashing. This was my first purchase on Chrono24. Description said new - but warranty card was dated 2 months ago. I knew dealer was not an AD - but thought I was getting new and untouched.

The piece was sent out days after the communicated date. Was left in limbo and had to reach out to the dealer instead of being kept up to dater . Although when I reached out the turn around time was fast, but I felt like the dealer was fishing for the sale with the post and found the piece after I the funds were sent

Watch came packaged very poorly, loose in box. Communication and timing of delivery was not good. Watch was defective and crown came out literally 5 days after receiving. Just an overall bad experience.

Received new Tudor Pelagos LHD, however I did not receive the rubber dive strap and extension with buckles as shown in the pictures. Seller did ship the strap and extension with 1 buckle after being made aware of the situation but it was still missing 1 buckle. I have still not received the second buckle after about 3 weeks.
