Hello Michael, We are sorry to hear that there was an issue with the packaging of your watch. We use a top tier shipping company, and fill our packages with ample protective padding. Unfortunately however, sometimes shipping personnel mishandle packages during transit. Those are unexpected issues that we have no control over.
