Wanted to avoid the escrow service and have any watch over $10k directly deposited into their account. The benefit of chrono24 is the security of having the funds held in escrow. Asking customers with no prior relationship to direct deposit that sum into their account doesn’t feel right. Unfortunately I can’t recommend that kind of transaction to anyone on the site.

Buyer purchased the watch and did NOT make a payment . It is clearly stated on our listing that for this specific watch "Payment Wire transfer only! Or local deal" . On watches over 10K we do not accept escrow payments. If you do not agree with our terms do not buy there is many other dealers here on the site ! We notify buyer on they before he purchased the watch and did not make a payment, and this transaction was canceled !

The watch arrived off it’s cushion, rattling around in the box. As a result the case and bracelet has some nicks scratches. That said, Allure Time was awesome with the return and refund. No debate, no argument. Very quick and professional.

Buyer claimed that the watch came out of its pillow inside the box and it was rattling around inside the watch box, which we do not think it can cause any scratches , we send them a pre-paid return label and issued full refund!
