The transaction was fast and effortless. There was a little hiccup with the courier (DHL) and the package wasn't tracked properly causing it to miss the delivery target, but this is not the dealer's fault (though a more reliable courier may be considered by them in the future). The dealer forgot to package the instruction booklet that comes with the new watch. This is very disappointing because it will make a resell more difficult. I did mention it to the dealer but never heard back from them. The communication was great during the transaction, but no word from them after I mentioned the omission. It is unfortunate.
