Communication with the dealer was outstanding. They were fast, clear, and concise with their texts to me. They were also very polite! Which I have to say, after putting up with some private dealer's attitudes on Chrono24, I found incredibly refreshing. The shipping happened instantly too! And I was able to verify the authenticity of the watch easily on my end afterwards too. The ONLY thing that I thought was strange, and objectively not a good mark on their end, was that the watch pictured wasn't actually the watch they sent. Don't get me wrong, they sent the exact the model reference number as advertised and in the exact condition they said they would. It's just the model pictured wasn't the one they were selling.

It would be nearly impossible for us to take pictures of each new watch of the same model and updated the listings every time one of them sold as we have multiple units of each; even over a dozen on some specific ones.
