I was charged an extra EUR 100 for shipment to the U.K. but the watch was delayed by 18 days. Additionally I had to pay import charges which were not explained to me at the time of purchase.

Dear customer, I am very sorry that you are not at peace with our shipping and are upset about the customs duty imposed on this product. But unfortunately I cannot help, the fact that Great Britain is out of the EU, Brexit, and therefore watches have to be cleared since this time. The surcharge for this is indeed stored in chrono24, but has not yet been changed by the system, when chrono24 overlaps. We certainly can´t do anything about this, as we do not maintain the chrono24 system. Furthermore, I made you aware that customs incurs additional costs for you, that was fine for you and not a problem either. It is a shame that you are not 100% at peace with our performance. I´m very sorry sir. Nevertheless, I hope you enjoy your new watch. May be next time I will help you in a better way, sir.
