DHL wasted two days and finally I had to drive 20 miles and pick up the package at DHL. Aren't they supposed to bring the package to me? And I stayed home waiting 2 days....not the sellers fault, I just want somebody to know the customer is being terribly served by shippers. C

The communication with the dealer was more than excellent. They were very patient and answered all my questions. The watch was superbly packed and carefully wrapped in bubble wrap. However, the shipping company (UPS) is a whole other issue. Communication with the shipping company was absolutely zero. They didn't answer any of my calls. Moreover, my shipment was delayed without any excuse and their delivery man was totally incompetent demanding me to pay him the watch's price and shipment fees (again). but thank god after a little argument back and forth he called his company who informed him that have I already paid everything and after that I was handed my package. Despite my ordeal with the shipping company, that was not the seller's fault. In my opinion the sellers handling of my purchase was superb and professional and I would be happy to purchase from them again, but I would advise them to change their shipping company (UPS) to another more reliable company, such as FEDEX for example.

Dealer couldn't be more helpful - answered questions promptly, sent me a detailed video of my watch and packaging was excellent. Shipping via DHL wasn't a great experience though. I designated a date and time for delivery but DHL tried to deliver it twice before and once after that date! But made no attempt to actually try and deliver it on my designated date!!

El mayor problema es la Agencia de Transporte, en este caso no. En las otras dos compras son inoperante con la Aduana, no tiene los papeles preparados, que lo puede tener desde que se le entrega la mercancía. En estos dos casos en uno he tenido que enviarle la Documentación tres o cuatros veces.
