We work to improve with every order, but we are not sure how we can better improve on this transaction. We shipped on the same day that payment was received, and there were zero delays in shipping. If anything, the buyer did not make payment on the same day as the order. We messaged the buyer as soon as the order was made (before the payment was made). After payment was verified by Chrono24, we sent him shipping specifics, and we even called the buyer to go through the timeline & shipping process, prior to shipment. Likewise, we texted the buyer before delivery and after delivery, on the day of delivery, to ensure he was aware of the incoming package, and to make sure he was satisfied. There does not exist a more transparent, smooth, and better service than that! Read the review that was just left by a buyer of a Breitling Navitimer Montbrillant Datora, or any of my other reviews. Buy with confidence!

To clarify for other potential buyers, there was no issue on the selling side nor with our service or the watch, I am not sure the reason for four stars on communication rather than five. The buyer made several requests for us such as to ship it same day as payment, which I was able to accommodate. The buyer decided to change his address from PR to NJ, of which I went out of my way to help him out with, and we were able to complete. Unfortunately, after four days, this customer still never made payment as promised, then ghosted us. I don’t think this buyer should have been able to leave a review since they never completed a transaction, but nevertheless, we press on and strive for true five star service & go above the bar, as can be seen across our posted reviews! Deal with confidence and do not hesitate to reach out any time!

We strive for five-star service at Sivils Luxury. We would like to note that this package was shipped same business day as payment was received, FedEx International Priority fully insured. It is not physically possible for the package to arrive faster than this method. We also have been in contact with the buyer since before receipt of the watch, and post receipt of the watch, and we received no indication from the buyer that the description varied from the listing. We assume the four stars for item description must have been an error :)

One of the lugs were damaged and not pointed out in the description. A few photos did show the damage but were not highlighted in the photos or the description. The seller should have been 100% forthcoming rather than stating the watch was in great condition.

Hi! For those viewing this review, I encourage you to ask any questions and view all pictures prior to purchase. As a result, there will never be misunderstandings and all watches will arrive as described, just like my other 150+ five star reviews. This isn't an exception where a watch is not as described, I really do think the buyer simply didn't look at the pictures. I fully provide a “duty of care” as a seller in this industry and set the bar due to competitive pricing and complete transparency! Unfortunately, all business owners know that you cannot make everybody happy. We can do everything we can to be transparent and make clients happy, but there will always be that 1 in 100! The Zenith purchased was in great condition, with minor wear & ding on the bottom right lug. At no point was this hidden. I have a professional photographer on staff in an effort to set the bar of complete transparency in the industry; no photos are doctored, in fact, the photographer’s camera brings out any apparent wear that wouldn't be obviously seen via photos shot by an amateur/phone. The buyer clearly simply did not look at the photos; the ding was visible even in all seven photos, including the cover photo. It was the only flaw really on the watch and wasn't notable, so our team saw no purpose to have the watch refinished. When the buyer brought this up after the purchase, the pictures clearly displaying the ding and the description that noted pre-owned wear; the buyer ghosted me despite trying to contact him, to come to some sort of agreement. I cannot even get a response at all, likely because the ding was in every picture where the lug is visible, as previously stated. Transparency was provided and achieved. I have offered to connect him with my watchmaker in FL who can handle the polish at low cost, so we can handle any misunderstanding immediately. Again, no response from the buyer. I encourage all to ask any questions and view all pictures prior to purchase!
