L’orologio è bello anche se va un po’ avanti il prezzo è conveniente rispetto al mercato europeo, diverso il discorso sulle spese per lo sdoganamento, ma questo non dipende dal commerciante, sono le leggi per me assurde dello stato italiano, invito gli acquirenti a presentare attenzione quanto ci si rivolge a commercianti extra Unione Europea , personalmente ho pagato il 20% in più del costo dell’orologio

I would say this dealer is good. I did communicate with this dealer regarding box and papers. They ensured me the travel case was how these watches now come. Once received though the reference numbers don’t match for watch, case or papers. Had me nervous for a bit. Ultimately love the watch and would buy from seller again.

For the most part excellent. Thought I was getting something unique..then discovered they had the exact same watch for sale..but other than that solid dealer.

Gorgeous watch, delivery was precise and well packaged. The only problem was receiving the model with 12h (GMT) display instead of 24h (purist). Despite the inconvenience, the seller took care to give me assistance to try to solve the problem, demonstrating kindness and availability. I recommend it.

Very nice watch for the price but you shouldn't use FedEx for delivery, custom clearance was a nightmare... Otherwise everything was fine.

According to the advertisement the condition of the watch is unworn. The dealer informed me before shipping with a photo, that he found hardly visible damage. How can that be, if the watch is unworn? The watch has no original papers. I got suspicious. Despite the 1 year guarantee, I didn't buy the watch.

The dealer is willing to provide more photos of the watch as requested. Prompt response to goods packing and delivery arrangement. Proper following action undertaken by dealer when there is a documentation problem from courier. Issue identified after receiving the watch. The dealer is willing to communicate and take responsibility on the issue, coming to an agreement eventually.

The import tax i needed to pay the deliverer was a shock. I didn’t think it’s requirement nor the amount was made clear to me so felt a bit annoyed at that.
