Charged top dollar for a watch described as in very good condition. Promptly delivered a watch with many small surface imperfections, poorly cleaned, and with some dried up food stuck between the sapphire and bezel. Moreover the chrono movement has an issue thoroughly chronicled online and described by others as "one of the top reasons we see this watch go in for service." When I called DavidSW, David got on the phone and told me it is what it is, Omega probably wouldn't do anything about it, and that three other people had come in to look at the watch since I bought it. Dealer speak for "go on send it back, I don't care." Very disappointed my new-to-me watch has to go in for service now, but it's limited edition and too rare to return and hunt down another one. Wish they would have been up front about the condition this watch was actually in.

I know Panerai compared to many other watches isn't that expensive in the watch world. But I think more care and detail could've been given and or scrutinized before making any promising replies. Staff didn't seem too keen in communication giving short answers without soul. Just sayin'. Other than that everything was dealt with swiftly and promptly.

There was a large scratch in tha watchcase, which was not pictured in any of the pictures of the watch, neither in the Chrono24 sales article or the extra pictures I asked for (and received) before purchasing the watch. A rebate on the purchase price was negotiated.

The watch was described as excellent condition, however had a chip in the crystal. The seller says they never noticed this, but it was quite obvious. However, they were excellent about it and refunded me the price to get it replaced with a new one.

This was my first purchase on Chrono24. While the watch was exactly what I wanted there was basically none of my questions answered during our communication. I asked several questions and they went unanswered which made me feel uneasy as it was my first purchase and the cost of the watch is not a trivial amount. I basically had to just trust that the watch would come as described on the listing and also trust that I could initiate some sort of refund or return with Chrono24's protections. I brought the watch into an official Omega dealer to have it looked over and verified it was authentic and a fair deal for this watch. In the end, I have to say I do recommend this dealer since the watch came as described. However, the dealer could make an effort to make better relations with their customers.

Took the watch to Tudor service center. They confirmed the watch is authentic. But the movement is Running slow,. It fail to meet Tudor chronometer standard. The crown is bit stiff to wind. The standard bracelet comes with 13 links and this has 14 links, came with an extra link. Check with seller, their response was “we took from the collector, he probably add a link”. I would expect a better response given this is a limited edition piece and the PVD black link is not off the shelf accessory. Given this piece is advertise as “unworn”, I would expect the seller to check the watch before sending and ensure the watch operation meet Tudor standards. The exchange of comments is within 24hours and short. Recommend to study the timepiece well before purchase. Luckily this piece under warranty. It will take Tudor service 2-3 weeks form cleaning, fine tune the piece.
