I purchased a Grand Seiko Snowflake from Wear The Time before Christmas and I could not be happier with the experience. Communications were straight forward and messages were answered quickly. I was kept up to date with the status of the order and they were able to source the watch earlier than expected. The watch was shipped by UPS from Italy and all was well until the Irish courier took control of the package. The package had to be signed for, however, the local courier handed me a package on the day without any signature required. I was expecting other goods that day and did not realise it was the watch. I then saw that the package had been opened by Irish customs and the box resealed. Thankfully, the watch was intact and undamaged. Obviously, all of this was outside the control of Wear The Time but let it be a warning to Irish customers on Chrono24 that a dodgy local courier could ruin your experience. In summary, I highly recommend Wear The Time and hope to deal with them again. Wear The Time 5/5 UPS Irish courier 1/5

I would highly recommend Wear Your Time, when you purchase your next watch! The communication was professional, they answered all my (stupid) questions, and they always answered me quickly. My only negative comment is that they didn't get my address right when shipping the package, so I had to call UPS and clear up the address-situation. Everything else than that was absolutely perfect! I would shop here again 10/10 🌟

Overall the customer service was excellent, Luca was very helpful and responsive. The only criticism would be the overall time of purchase to receiving was lengthy and a little disappointing (a month from purchase to delivery) I do think next purchase would want to make sure item is on hand/in stock to hopefully cut down on the time frame.
