My only problem was communicating that I had received my item. I was sent several emails to respond and each time, they contained a dead link. This in no way reflects on the excellent customer service I received. It’s just that the response mechanism for having received your item needs to be double checked.

Marc was superb at keeping in contact regarding my order and was happy to answer any questions I had. My only disappointment was that the watch was advertised as 'in stock' but in fact had to be ordered from the manufacturer. Had I known that I would have ordered it direct from them myself and perhaps got it a little quicker.

Продавец очень общительный, отправил быстро, немного напутал с ценой товара - написал ценность часов больше чем есть, указав цену в сумме со стоимостью пересылки, из-за чего у меня были проблемы на таможне. Также Часы пришли с небольшими потертостями, скорее всего повредились при транспортировке. Однако продавец все уладил и вернул мне часть денег за потертости и за уплаченную мною таможенную пошлину. Рекомендую этого продавца.

Marc was very helpful and answers all Emails quickly, I had to wait weeks for the watch as it was not in stock. And the carrier he used (Mikropakket) was not great, their tracking is useless. The watch was well packed amd Marc seems like a nice guy........
