El envió y embalaje Perfecto ,envió rápido ,ahora no son serios en sus respuesta a el reloj le entró agua al ducharme y me comunicaron que es la condensación por el agua caliente y fría una falta de respeto total, lleve el reloj a un dealer de la Tissot la tapa y el gasket estaban mal puesto ellos diagnosticaron,al final se llegó a un acuerdo y ellos me rembolsaron el arreglo del reloj, lo cual no debería ser yo quien se molestara en llevar el reloj arreglar un reloj con tres días de comprado a diferencia de CRONO 24 bellas personas y dispuestas en todo momento a ayudar GRACIASSSSS CRONO 24 POR SU AYUDA

El reloj está muy bonito y la atención fue muy buena , solo que el reloj tiene el problema de la Luz que está muy tenue ya que a pesar de ser un reloj nuevo se fabrico en el 2010. Igual quede contento con la compra.

I love the watch and have done quite a bit of business with Chrono24. The problem is that the bracelet was too small. When asked if the dealer could rectify the issue, they wanted to charge me. Now, some might say thats ok, but I have dealt with other dealers who make it right without issue on Chrono24. I would be cautious.
