I am sorry that your shipment was delayed one day by Fedex. I know this causes an inconvenience but this is completely out of our hands. I am sad we couldn't do better apparently on communication as well - we called to confirm everything before shipment and sent you numerous texts/emails throughout the process updating you on the status etc. I honestly am at a loss as to what more we could have done.

Bought a discontinued Explorer 214270 in “very good” condition. Watch was in even better condition than I was expecting, and came quickly without issue. Communication was good but not seemingly as good as others have experienced with this Dealer, but no complaints from my side. Overall experience was positive, watch was precisely what I wanted and great quality (which is what we are all after ultimately in the end) Now the hunt begins for the next buy

The only issue is with the timekeeping. It’s losing more than 10 seconds each day. I wound it according to the instructions before wearing it. I’ve been wearing it faithfully since I received it but it continues to lose more time than it should. That’s disappointing don’t wanna have to service it but not sure what else to do. Suggestions?
