FedEx left the $20,000 watch on my doorstep. Should of been hand delivered. Packaging was fine. The rest of the transaction eas fine. The watch was depicted accurately.

Watch showed condition as New but the watch that came had been worn with two links removed, the links were in the box though, I just had to re-assemble them to the band. Overall happy with the purchase

First Chrono24 purchase. Overall everything worked out and I would not hesitate to recommend and and/or purchase from the seller again. Ultimately, the product was as described with no surprises and included the manufacture warranty card dated within a couple months prior to my purchase, and those were my primary concerns. I have no complaints with the communication although there is always room for improvement; seller was VERY responsive if not a little cursory but always professional, the watch also shipped from a non-US location despite the listing being from the US, which doesn't actually bother me one bit but was an inaccuracy in the listing. Packaging was fine/great. Although I do not blame the seller, the DHL shipmate process was very poor to my location. My physical address is often not recognized but other carriers (FEDEX, UPS) do deliver to my location. I am not familiar with the terms of the shipment agreed upon by the seller and DHL but DHL does not have it's own local distribution network, as referenced on their website, which likely led to what happened. The shipment left with no delay following purchase agreement and payment to escrow and arrived at the closest distribution hub 4 Aug, only two days after payment, with a projected delivery date of 9 Aug. The shipment then sat with no updates available until it was randomly delivered 11 Aug, likely due to the use of a third party courier, on very short notice (<10 min), fortunately coinciding with my unplanned arrival home for lunch that day. Everything worked out, but it was not a smooth. Again, I am a happy customer! The inconvenience experienced is just that, an inconvenience that I have learned not to accept/use DHL for deliveries to my current address, OVERALL 5 STARS because the most important part of the purchase was perfect; I got the watch I wanted that matched the conditions advertised (except for the shipping location, which wasn't an issue for me either way) and agreed to!

Great communication between the dealer and myself. Had an issue with the DHL drive signing for the package themselves and leaving it on my front porch but they took care of that and were very prompt to keep me updated. The item only had 1 sticker on it on the rear and the hang tags were cut off and laying in the box but not a scratch on it and all cards and booklets were present. Verified its authenticity with a local AD. Would purchase from them again.

I asked Chrono24 to filter dealers by US only, and they recommended this dealer. However, the watch was not shipped to me from the US.

Very good seller with excellent communication. Unfortunately, the description of the watch was UNWORN which didn’t match the condition of the watch when I received. The watch was fairly USED with tone of scratches, small dings, a couple of deep scratches on the lugs and a lot of scratches on the underside of the case. There were even sweat marks and residue inside the rubber strap. As much as I wanted the watch, I ended up returning it due to the condition in which it arrived.

The dealer was very helpful and professional. Prompt responses to questions and provided additional photos. A pleasure to communicate with and attempted to answer all questions and help secure desired shipping solutions. Dealer was unable to ship to military FPO, which was inconvenient. I am still deployed and have been unable to see the watch in person, and will be unable to verify condition until I return from overseas as a result. Packaging was okay, but the watch was not seated on the pillow inside the omega box and rattled around during shipping. Pictures showed protective stickers applied to the piece, so my hope is it is in good control despite the mistake.
