Would buy from them again! Had a little hiccup where the item wasn’t as described, but the dealer was more than helpful in getting a replacement watch shipped out!

Overall, great shop to deal with. Jonathan was very responsive to all my questions and communicated with me promptly. Shipping was very fast and packaging was great. No issues with the quality of sales service. Only knock is that the watch had a couple issues. The bezel was slightly out of alignment, which I got fixed locally so no sweat there. The crystal also had some staining on the underside, which I sent back to have corrected. The dealer fixed that issue but left behind a number of smudges and swirls on the underside of the crystal in the process, which I’ll get fixed locally as well. Jonathan was very communicative and apologetic about the issues, and even offered to accept a return on the watch, but since I already had the watch sized and authenticated by 3 local ADs (the watch was 100% authentic btw), I didn’t want to go through that again with a new watch. The watch was otherwise as described. Not sure that I’d personally buy here again, but I can definitely say Luxury Time are good people and will do anything they can to work with their customers.
