Urun aciklamasinda Orjinal kutu yazmasina rağmen saate ozel orjinal kutusu ile gelmemistir.talep ettigimde ellerinden geleni yapip orjinal kutuyu aramislar ama bulamamislardir . Surekli iletisim halinde olmalari ve yardimci olmaya calismalari cok iyi , keske orjinal kutusu ile gelebilseydi saat o zaman hersey cok daha guzel olurdu

Non posso valutare l'oggetto dato che per un errore di descrizione l'ordine è stato annullato. Però posso dire che il vendutore è stato super corretto e professionale ad avvisare immediatamente del problema, fermare la spedizione (evitando quindi di dover fare un reso) e super rapido nel fare tutto.

Watches and Crystals does the it almost great. I was so happy to get the item in its original Tissot packaging. W&C does the packaging great and after the payment is received the item has delivered to the Gatwick DHL terminal within an hour. One issue: DHL asked me for the bill to declare customs at NAV (hungarian customs/tax office). I should use proxy documents (Chrono24 trusted checkout and my bank's SEPA log) to declare customs. Upon asking W&C a pdf version of the bill they failed to provide.

Snabbt agerande av handlaren men sämre av leverantören. Gav leveransdatum men levererade inte på angivet datum. Ingen info eller kontakt från leverantören! (fedex). Dessutom var emballaget skadat i ena kanten. Rekommenderar inte Fedex till någon!
