Very easy to work with. Dealer paid for return shipping. Watch was advertised as original box & papers. Received service box & service papers. Movement serial # did not match case serial #. Not disclosed in description of watch. Bracelet was 1/4-1/2” smaller than advertised. Watch was otherwise as advertised.

The watch arrived significantly more scratched and scuffed than it appeared in the images. The seller claims this is due to the quality of images on Chrono24 listings and offered I send the watch back. Having already paid taxes I’m keeping the watch but still feel as though the watch’s condition could have been better represented. Great shipping, packaging and communication.

Very good dealer, the international shipping was excellent, I had no issue with that. It surprised me how quick everything happened, excellent shipping efficiency. My only reservation was the packaging done by the seller, it was just a little bit careless. I found the metal bracelet changing tool floating around inside the presentation box. It should have been securely affixed to a purpose built slot within the presentation box but it wasn’t. Luckily no visible damage was done to the watch as it was otherwise well packed. The watch is a beautiful piece, it is ‘very good’ as described, but it has a small ding on the top bezel edge at the 8 position and a small scuff on the bezel face at the 2 position. They are small but noticeable imperfections, and perhaps should have been mentioned. That said, I still recommend the dealer, as everything else about the transaction ran smoothly.

They shipped the watch a bit late, but by express and the packing was good. They did not describe anything bad. For example, they did not mention the condition of the box was bad and they said the original paper was included, but, in fact, there was only the card. I had communicated with them for a few weeks. Sometimes, they might not answer my questions directly and might show me their impatience. Overall, the watch is in good condition. So, I would recommend the dealer.
