The Timeless Luxury team was very easy to work with and was very good about communicating with me during the purchasing and shipping process. I felt fully informed during the process. The shipping was fine, but could have been better. I do have some feedback, but I'm overall very satisfied. The watch came in a soft plastic sleeve with the face/crystal wrapped in a piece of plastic. A cheap solution, but one that seemed to work. The watch was in great condition considering it's age, but I do take some issue with the seller using the term "MINT" to describe any part of the watch or bracelet. Overall a very good experience, and a beautiful watch at a fair price.
